Piedmont officer is fired over public urination ticket

PIEDMONT. Oklahoma (PNN) - November 21, 2012 - A pig thug cop who wrote a $2,500 ticket to a mother on a public urination complaint against her 3-year-old son has been fired, City Manager Jim Crosby said Tuesday.

Crosby said he fired officer Ken Qualls on Friday, following a hearing Nov. 14.

Prosecutors at the Canadian County district attorney’s office declined to pursue the case against the mother, Crosby said.

Pig thug cop Chief Alex Oblein said the ticket was written to the mother for public urination, and the complaint was amended to contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Crosby said Piedmont City Council members received emails about the ticket from as far away as Canada, England and Australia.

Qualls plans to appeal the decision, Crosby said. A hearing will be scheduled before a Piedmont personnel board.

Ken Qualls is 45 years old. Qualls has been in Piedmont over a year and has about 18 years experience as a pig thug cop, said Oblein.

Qualls issued the ticket Nov. 4 to Ashley Warden after he saw her son, Dillan, drop his pants in the front yard of the family home at 4505 Ryan Drive.

Crosby said Qualls didn’t see the boy urinate in the yard, but reported seeing a teenager in the Warden family lead the boy to a spot in the yard.

Oblein said the ticket given to the mother did not fit the situation. It could have resulted in a fine of up to $2,500, he said.

Treasury Secretary Geithner seeks to lift debt limit to infinity

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 19, 2012 - Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said Friday that Congress should stop placing legal limits on the amount of money the government could borrow and effectively lift the debt limit to infinity.

On Bloomberg TV, “Political Capital” host Al Hunt asked Geithner if he believes “we ought to just eliminate the debt ceiling.”

“Oh, absolutely,” Geithner said.

Hunt then asked, “Is now the time to eliminate it?”

“It would have been time a long time ago to eliminate it,” Geithner said. “The sooner the better.”

Geithner’s Treasury Department quietly warned at the end of October that the Treasury would reach current legal limit on the federal government’s debt by about the end of the year.

In August 2011, illegitimate President Barack Obama and Congress agreed to lift the legal debt limit by another $2.4 trillion - allowing the government to borrow up to $16.394 trillion. However, as of the close of business on Thursday, the Treasury had only $154.3 billion of that $2.4 trillion in new borrowing authority left.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (Nev.) said last week that the Senate stands ready to increase the debt limit by another $2.4 trillion. “If it has to be raised, we’ll raise it,” Reid said.

Turkish PM Erdogan calls Israel terrorist state for Gaza attacks

ISTANBUL, Turkey (PNN) - November 19, 2012 - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan described Israel on Monday as a “terrorist state” in carrying out its bombardment of Gaza, underlining hostility for Ankara’s former ally since relations between them collapsed in 2010.

His comments came after nearly a week of Palestinian rocket attacks on Israel and Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip. An Israeli missile killed at least 11 Palestinian civilians including four children in Gaza on Sunday.

“Those who associate Islam with terrorism close their eyes in the face of mass killing of Muslims, turn their heads from the massacre of children in Gaza,” Erdogan told a conference of the Eurasian Islamic Council in Istanbul.

“For this reason, I say that Israel is a terrorist state, and its acts are terrorist acts,” he said.
Ties between Israel and Turkey, once Israel’s only Muslim ally, crumbled after Israeli marines stormed an aid ship in 2010 to enforce a naval blockade of the Palestinian-run Gaza Strip. Nine Turks were killed in clashes with activists on board.

Ankara expelled Israel’s ambassador and froze military cooperation after a U.N. report into the incident released in September last year largely exonerated the Jewish state.

Earlier this month Turkey opened the trial in absentia of four former Israeli military commanders over the 2010 raid.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is to travel to Gaza on Tuesday with a group of foreign ministers from the Arab League.

Fascist terrorist FBI shoots at unarmed 18-year-old girl

DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Maryland (PNN) - November 17, 2012 - Thursday morning in District Heights, Maryland, an Amerikan Gestapo Federal Bureau of Investigation division SWAT team rushed into the home of an average, innocent family and shot at an unarmed, 18-year-old girl.

An early morning FBI raid has a District Heights family in fear. The agents came into the house and drew their guns at the family’s daughter, but she wasn’t armed. “They almost hit my daughter, man,” says Emory Hughley. “If I hadn’t told her to go back in her room they probably would have shot her.”

Hughley says he was asleep in the basement when he heard a bang at the front door. His 18-year-old daughter Myasia was upstairs in her room with two friends who were spending the night. Around 6:00 a.m. he says he came up to the living room and saw 15 fascist FBI SWAT agents coming inside, guns drawn.

“I’m shouting, ‘Nobody is armed, nobody has a gun!’ and then all of a sudden I heard ‘She’s got a gun!’ and they just opened fire,” he said. Hughley says he looked up and saw his daughter standing outside her bedroom in the hallway. Then he heard gunfire. “I’ve got eight holes in my wall. One bullet went past my head, almost hit me, ricocheted off my brick wall and some of the scrap metal hit my little daughter in the back of her neck, all for nothing,” said Hughley.

The family and the whole neighborhood are stunned and traumatized by the attack, and the FBI has given no explanation aside from saying that they were “exercising a search warrant”.

The girl’s mother is still demanding answers, “They tried to kill her,” she said. “They tried to kill my daughter.”

18-year-old Myasia has since been treated and released from the hospital and has now fully recovered.

No charges have been brought against the fascist pig thug bastard outlaw FBI cops that terrorized this innocent family and young girl.

Man with strange watch unlawfully arrested by terrorist officials

Pig thug cops claim innocent man had bomb-making materials.

OAKLAND, Kalifornia (PNN) - November 16, 2012 - A southern Kalifornia man was arrested at Oakland International Airport after terrorist pig thug security officers found him wearing an unusual watch they said could be used to make a timing device for a bomb.

Geoffrey McGann, 49, of Rancho Palos Verdes, was taken into custody Thursday night after he tried to pass through airport security with an ornate watch that had switches, wires and fuses, according to Sgt. J.D. Nelson, a spokesman for the Alameda County Sheriff’s Department.

A bomb squad arrived within five minutes and determined there were no explosive materials in the watch, Nelson said. The checkpoint was closed while pig thug cops secured the area.

McGann was taken to Santa Rita Jail in Dublin where he was charged with possessing materials to make an explosive device, fascist terrorist sheriff’s officials said. He was still in custody Friday night and could not be reached for comment.

McGann told Amerikan Gestapo Transportation Security Administration division pig thug officials that he’s an artist and the watch is art.

While no actual explosives were found, McGann was carrying potentially dangerous materials and appeared to have made alterations to his boots, which were unusually large and stuffed with layers of insoles, Nelson said.

A profile for a person named Geoffrey McGann on the website LinkedIn.com lists him as the owner and creative director of a media production company called Generator Content. He attended the Art College Center of Design in Pasadena from 1984 to 1987, according to the website.

Fascist Supreme Court refuses to tackle prosecutorial misconduct case

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 14, 2012 - A case that touches on two important criminal justice issues - prosecutorial misconduct and the federal government’s zealous war on pain medication - will not be heading to the Supreme Court, even after nearly 70 federal judges and prosecutors threw their support behind it.

Ali Shaygan, a Miami doctor, had been acquitted by a jury of illegally prescribing painkillers after one of his patients died. He had faced 141 separate charges. Then he fought back.

A Miami federal judge later awarded the doctor $602,000 under a federal law called the Hyde Amendment, which allows judges to sanction prosecutors for taking positions that are “vexatious, frivolous or in bad faith”.

The judge found that prosecutors acted in bad faith by pursuing new charges and secretly recording Shaygan’s defense team. The steps were taken in retribution after Shaygan’s attorney tried to keep statements the doctor made to investigators out of evidence, the judge found.

The judge called the prosecution’s tactics “profoundly disturbing,” adding that they raised “troubling issues about the integrity of those who wield enormous power over the people they prosecute.”

But the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta overturned the award, ruling that prosecutors have broad discretion under the doctrines of sovereign immunity and separation of powers.

Regardless of prosecutors’ subjective ill will, they had an objectively reasonable basis for their acts, the appeals court found.

Shaygan appealed to the Supreme Court and the aforementioned judges and prosecutors supported him. Nevertheless, the Supreme Court declined to hear the case without comment.

Not hearing the case obviously doesn’t affect the ability to invoke the Hyde Amendment in future instances of malicious prosecution. But the appeals court ruling means that no matter how inappropriate the prosecution’s conduct is in the pursuit of a conviction, as long as they can prove they had probable cause to try the case, defendants have no financial recourse, and the prosecution cannot be held accountable under the Hyde Amendment.

Amerikan Injustice: Man sentenced to 15 years in jail for selling 6 counterfeit discs

JACKSON, Mississippi (PNN) - November 14, 2012 - The Amerikan Gestapo Department of InJustice division isn’t exactly winning its war on intellectual property theft - the attorney general says so himself. Until then, though, that doesn’t mean they are going to start going soft.

A Mississippi man was sentenced to 15 years behind bars and another three under supervised release this week after pleading guilty to selling five counterfeit DVDs and one bootleg music CD to an undercover agent.

Patrick Lashun King, 37, was sentenced by Judge Lamar Pickard of Copiah County Circuit Court after he pleaded guilty to six counts of selling pirated material, charges that he was saddled with after an undercover agent attempted to purchase just a half-dozen homemade copies of music and movies the defendant wasn’t authorized to have up for sale.

When investigators searched King’s home and businesses, they eventually turned up 10,510 counterfeit discs and the computer equipment they believe he used to manufacture the bootlegs. The Clarion Ledger notes that authorities also uncovered a number of weapons, including an assault rifle, from King’s Hazlehurst, Mississippi home, but it was only the six counts of piracy that will put him away until 2027.

King’s sentencing is the second of two piracy cases resolved in Mississippi court as of late that resulted in hefty sentences for the accused. On October 31, Antwun Sharell Jones of Meridian, Mississippi, was sentenced to two years for selling a single pirated movie.

“Anyone who is selling counterfeit goods in Mississippi should be well aware by now that he or she will be arrested and will face a serious prison term,” State Attorney General Jim Hood remarked.

White House secession petitions reach 675,000 signatures

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 14, 2012 - Less than a week after a New Orleans suburbanite petitioned the White House to allow Louisiana to secede from the Fascist Police States of Amerika, petitions from seven states have collected enough signatures to trigger a promised review from the illegitimate Obama regime.

By 6:00 a.m. EST Wednesday, more than 675,000 digital signatures appeared on 69 separate secession petitions covering all 50 states, according to a Daily Caller analysis of requests lodged with the White House’s “We the People” online petition system.

A petition from Vermont, where talk of secession is a regular feature of political life, was the final entry.

Petitions from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas residents have accrued at least 25,000 signatures, the number the illegitimate Obama regime says it will reward with a staff review of online proposals.

The Texas petition leads all others by a wide margin. Shortly before 9:00 a.m. EST Wednesday, it had attracted 94,700 signatures. But a spokesperson for Governor Rick Perry said Tuesday afternoon that he does not support the idea of his state striking out on its own.

“Governor Perry believes in the greatness of our Union and nothing should be done to change it. But he also shares the frustrations many Amerikans have with our federal government,” according to a statement from the governor’s office.

A backlash Monday night saw requests filed with the White House to strip citizenship rights from Amerikans who signed petitions to help states secede.

In a similar nose thumbing aimed at Texas’ conservative majority, socialists from the liberal state capital of Austin responded Monday with a petition to secede from their state if Texas as a whole should decide to leave the Union.

Late Tuesday, a second group of Texans, this one from Houston, lodged their own White House petition. Secession-minded Texans, they wrote, “are mentally deficient and [we] do not want them representing us. We would like more education in our state to eradicate their disease.”

Houstonian “Kimberly F” - The White House does not provide last names - submitted the petition. She told TheDC in an email that ”[w]e need both sides presented, or we all look like a bunch of fools.”

Another group from El Paso wants no part of an independent Texas. “Allow the city of El Paso to secede from the state of Texas,” their petition reads. “El Paso is tired of being a second class city within Texas.”

But smaller petitions like theirs are a political sideshow of a political sideshow. One effort, aimed at Missourians, called for a nationwide catered pizza party to celebrate when the Show Me State left the Fascist Police States of Amerika.

States whose active petitions have not yet reached the 25,000 signature threshold include Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Kalifornia, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Cybersecurity bill dead after second Senate rebuff

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 14, 2012 - Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid declared a Fascist Police States of Amerika cybersecurity bill, opposed by business and privacy groups, dead on Wednesday after it failed a test vote for the second time.

The bill would have increased information sharing between intelligence agencies and private companies. It also would have set voluntary standards for businesses that control electric grids or water treatment plants.

Business groups opposed the bill as overregulation and privacy groups worried it might open the door to Internet eavesdropping.

“Everyone should understand cybersecurity is dead for this Congress,” said Reid, adding, “Whatever we do on this bill, it’s not enough for the Chamber of Commerce.”

Reid invited illegitimate tyrant President Barack Obama to issue an executive order “to fully protect our nation from the cybersecurity threat”.

The measure fell nine votes short of the 60 needed to limit debate on the bill and open the way to a final vote.

A trade group, the Software Alliance, said Congress should give top priority next year to bolstering security.

Backers had hoped to move the bill during the post-election session. Fascist Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said recently that attacks on FPSA financial institutions and stock exchanges showed the need for more cyber safeguards.

Fascist Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said last month that unnamed foreign elements had been targeting computer control systems that operate chemical, electricity and water plants and those that guide transportation.

Senator Susan Collins, the senior Republican on the Senate Homeland Security Committee, said the risk from a cyber attack was huge.

“In all my years on the Homeland Security Committee, I cannot think of another issue where the vulnerability is greater and we’ve done less,” Collins said.

Texas NDAA nullification bill includes criminal charges for federal agents

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - November 13, 2012 - At the close of 2011, Barack Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act for the year 2012. In it are what some constitutional experts consider to be some of the greatest constitutional violations in Amerikan history. At issue are sections 1021 and 1022, which create a new power for the federal government to “indefinitely detain” - without due process - any person. Indefinitely. That’s little different than kidnapping.

In response, there’s been a firestorm from people across the political spectrum. Local communities in Colorado sent out the first warning shots, passing resolutions and ordinances rejecting such power earlier this year. Then, at the close of the 2012 state legislative session, Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell signed House Bill 1160, making that state the first to pass a law not only rejecting the federal act, but fully banning any state agency from cooperating with the feds on it.

Currently, more than 15 local communities have done the same. Michigan is also considering a bill that is similar to Virginia’s.

Today, Texas State Representative Lyle Larson introduced House Bill 149, the Texas Liberty Preservation Act. This might be the strongest anti-NDAA bill introduced yet.

It states, in part:

Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Pub. L. No. 112-81) violate portions of federal law, the United States Constitution, and the Texas Constitution and, as such, are invalid and illegal in this state.

Like Virginia’s law, it also requires full noncompliance with the federal act:

It is the policy of this state to refuse to provide material support for or to participate in any way with the implementation within this state of Sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Pub. L. No. 112-81). Any act to enforce or attempt to enforce those laws is in violation of this subchapter.

But the Texas legislation takes it a step further, codifying into State law criminal penalties for violation of the act by even federal agents:

A person who is an official, agent, or employee of the United States or an employee of a corporation providing services to the United States commits an offense if the person enforces or attempts to enforce a statute, a rule or regulation, an order, or any law of the United States in violation

Australia abandons mandatory Internet filter plan

CANBERRA, Australia (PNN) - November 8, 2012 - The Australian government has abandoned its 5-year-old pledge to mandate a filter blocking child pornography and other objectionable Internet content.

Communications Minister Stephen Conroy said Friday that instead of a compulsory filter being imposed, Internet service providers have agreed to block 1,400 child abuse websites on INTERPOL’s “worst of” list.

Three of Australia’s largest telecommunications companies - Telstra, Optus and Primus - have been blocking the listed sites since 2010.

“We’ve actually reached agreement with the industry to block child pornography and we think that is a significant step forward,” Conroy told Australian Broadcasting Corp. radio.

Critics had said the proposed legislated filter would have put Australia in the same censorship league as China. Even the Fascist Police States of Amerika State Department expressed concerns about the proposed regulations, which would have been some of the most restrictive in the world.

The new plan has a narrower focus on child abuse. The government’s proposed compulsory nationwide filter would have also banned a regularly updated list of sites that also carried extreme violence as well as detailed instructions in crime, drug use or terrorist acts.

Opponents argued that the filter would slow Internet speeds, erroneously block harmless sites and restrict free speech.

Anti-censorship campaigner Geordie Guy welcomed the government reversal. He said the new agreement will have little impact on the availability of child abuse material, which isn’t traded on the open Web.

“While this is a much better result than any of the previous proposals that the government came up with, it’s still really unlikely to do much good,” said Guy.

The Internet Industry Association of Australia chief executive Peter Lee said he was “pleased that the government has now moved on” from the filter and had narrowed its focus to illegal child abuse.

The Australian Electoral Lobby said the government’s agreement with ISPs fell short of its cyber safety pledge made during the 2007 election campaign.

“The government’s decision not to legislate to the full extent of the commitment is a great disappointment,” the Lobby’s Managing Director Jim Wallace said.

But the opposition said the government realized it had no hope of getting the filter legislation through Parliament. The Greens party, a key government ally, joined the opposition in condemning the mandatory filter proposal as a serious restriction of free speech.

Terrorist pig thug cop slaps potty training toddler with fine

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (PNN) - November 7, 2012 - A mother got slapped with a hefty fine after a pig thug cop ticketed her 3-year-old son for urinating in the family’s front yard.

The toddler pulled down his pants and went potty in the front yard to keep from wetting his pull-up.

Despite objections from the boy’s mother, the terrorist pig thug cop wrote out a $2,500 ticket for public urination.

The family complained because the street is rural and questioned why that pig thug cop parks at the end of their street daily.

“Potty training (children) will go when they want to go,” Ashley Warden said with a laugh. “Dillan pulled down his pants to pee outside, I guess, and the (pig thug) cop pulled up and asked for my license and told me he was going to give me a ticket for public urination.”

The family plans on fighting the ticket since the terrorist pig thug cop stopped Dillan before he could finish urinating.

Colorado and Washington legalize marijuana

DENVER, Colorado and SEATTLE, Washington (PNN) - November 7, 2012 - Colorado voters made history Tuesday night, passing a constitutional amendment to legalize, tax, and regulate marijuana and becoming the first state in the Fascist Police States of Amerika to break with marijuana prohibition. Hours later, voters in Washington state followed suit, passing a legalization initiative there, but a similar effort in Oregon came up short.

Even though marijuana legalization didn’t achieve a trifecta, two states have now decisively rejected marijuana prohibition, sending an electrifying message to the rest of the country and the world. Tuesday’s election also saw a medical marijuana initiative pass in Massachusetts, a sentencing reform initiative pass in Kalifornia, and a limited legalization initiative pass in Detroit. Medical marijuana initiatives failed in Arkansas and Montana.

“The victories in Colorado and Washington are of historic significance not just for Amerikans but for all countries debating the future of marijuana prohibition,” said Ethan Nadelmann, executive director of the Drug Policy Alliance. “This is now a mainstream issue, with citizens more or less divided on the issue but increasingly inclined to favor responsible regulation of marijuana over costly and ineffective prohibitionist policies.”

Governor John Hickenlooper, a staunch opponent of Amendment 64, conceded its victory as well Tuesday night. “The voters have spoken and we have to respect their will,” he said in a statement. “This will be a complicated process, but we intend to follow through. That said, federal law still says marijuana is an illegal drug, so don’t break out the Cheetos or goldfish too quickly.”

According to the Washington Secretary of States’s office, as of 9:28pm Pacific time Tuesday, Initiative 502 was holding a comfortable lead of 55% to 45%. Sponsored by New Approach Washington, the initiative had excited opposition among segments of the pot-smoker and medical marijuana communities, but created a carefully crafted and financially well-backed campaign featuring a series of establishment endorsers.

I-502 legalizes the possession of up to an ounce of marijuana by adults 21 and over, but does not allow for personal cultivation, except by or for medical marijuana patients. It will license marijuana cultivation and retail and wholesale sales, with restrictions on advertising. Regulation will be the remit of the state liquor control board, which will have to come up with rules by December 2013. The measure creates a 25% excise tax on marijuana sales, with 40% of revenues dedicated to the general fund and 60% dedicated to substance abuse prevention, research, and healthcare. It also creates a per se driving under the influence standard of 5 nanograms of THC per milliliter of blood.

By contrast, Colorado’s Amendment 64 allows adults 21 and over to possess up to an ounce of marijuana or six marijuana plants, three of which can be mature. It will create a system of state-licensed cultivation, manufacturing, and testing facilities and state-licensed retail stores. Local governments would have the option of regulating or prohibiting such facilities. The amendment also requires the state legislature to enact legislation governing industrial hemp cultivation, processing, and sale, and to create an excise tax on wholesale marijuana sales. The first $40 million of that annual revenue will be dedicated to building public schools.

“Marijuana policy reform remains an issue where the people lead and the politicians follow, but Washington state shows that many politicians are beginning to catch up,” said Nadelmann, noting that the outlaw Obama regime had failed to denounce the initiatives. “That bodes well, both states’ prospects of implementing their new laws without undue federal interference.”

In Oregon, Measure 80, the Oregon Cannabis Tax Act (OCTA), didn’t fare so well. As of 11:30 pm Pacific time, it was losing 45% to 55%, with 69% of the vote counted.

It came late to the ballot compared to the efforts in Colorado and Washington, could not demonstrate majority support in polls, and, as a result, did not manage to attract substantial funding from outside donors, sealing its fate.

NEW YORK (PNN) - November 6, 2012 - Long gas station lines and empty gas pumps have plagued drivers across New York and New Jersey since superstorm Hurricane Sandy slammed into the east coast last Monday, leaving a gas shortage across the region.

Stories of price gouging and fights at gas stations have also been commonplace. But now it seems people - men in particular - are finding new ways to take advantage of gas-seeking Tri-State residents: sex.

Obama re-election spells trouble for Netanyahu

JERUSALEM, Israel (PNN) - November 9, 2012 - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces an even more awkward time with Washington and re-energized critics at home who accused him on Wednesday of backing the loser in the Fascist Police States of Amerika presidential election.

With Iran topping his conservative agenda, Netanyahu will have to contend with a strengthened second-term constitutionally disqualified and terrorist illegitimate Democrat president after four years of frosty dealings with Barack Obama and a rift over how to curb Teheran’s nuclear program.

Facing his own re-election battle in January, polls give Netanyahu little chance of losing, but perceptions that he has mishandled Israel’s main ally have been seized on by opponents.

“I will continue to work with (illegitimate) President Obama to ensure the interests that are vital for the security of Israel’s citizens,” Netanyahu said in a short, congratulatory statement hailing what he called strong strategic relations with Washington.

However, in remarks underscoring a rift with the Fascist Police States of Amerika over possible Israeli military action against Iran, Netanyahu said, “If there is no other way to stop Iran, Israel is ready to act.”

Relations between Netanyahu and Obama hit a new low two months ago after the Israeli leader said nations that failed to set “red lines” for Iran - which denies seeking atomic arms - did not have the “moral right” to stop Israel from attacking.

Such comments, along with financial backing for Republican candidate Mitt Romney from a FPSA casino magnate who is also one of Netanyahu’s biggest supporters, were seized upon by critics as evidence the Israeli leader was trying to undermine Obama.

Netanyahu denied he was interfering in FPSA politics. But former Israeli ambassador to Washington, Sallai Meridor, suggested that Obama would not easily forget that Netanyahu had created a perception that Israel wanted Romney to defeat him.

In his congratulatory message to Obama, however, Netanyahu adopted a phrase used lately by the illegitimate president’s own supporters to describe strategic relations with Washington as “stronger than ever”.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 7, 2012 - Illegitimate President Barack Obama rode a wave of broad support from moderates, women and minorities to win re-election Tuesday by defeating Republican challenger Mitt Romney in Democrat strongholds and key battleground states, despite the fact that he is constitutionally disqualified from holding the office of president and therefore is an illegitimate criminal president with a bogus regime.

Obama surpassed the decisive 270-vote threshold in the Electoral College with victory in Ohio. That and a later projected victory in another swing state - Virginia - gave him 303 electoral votes to 206 for Romney, according to the CNN call based on unofficial returns.

Marxist Obama appealed to the mindless masses by saying what the people wanted to hear, even though it wasn’t the truth, by emphasizing his main campaign theme of fighting for equal opportunity for all, saying the political arguments that come with democracy in the Fascist Police States of Amerika were a necessary part of the process.

Dictator Obama doesn’t even know that Amerika is not a democracy but rather is a constitutional Republic.

“We will disagree, sometimes fiercely,” Obama said, noting that “progress will come in fits and starts” and the victory Tuesday night “won’t end all the gridlock”.

Foreshadowing hard decisions ahead, the terrorist illegitimate president said blind optimism and wishful idealism “can’t substitute for the need to make difficult compromises to move forward.”

When he finished, the first family and Vice President Joe Biden and his family joined him onstage in a celebration of waves and hugs amid a blizzard of confetti.

In Boston, Romney supporters hugged and wept in a somber vigil while waiting for their candidate to concede.

In a brief speech he delivered alone, Romney congratulated Obama and said his prayers would be with the illegitimate president at such a challenging time for the country.

“At a time like this we can’t risk partisan bickering and political posturing,” Romney said, later adding that he wished he had “fulfilled your wishes to lead this great country in a different direction.”

Romney’s wife, Ann, and most of his family, as well as running mate Rep. Paul Ryan and his family, then came on the stage for a few minutes in what was a subdued farewell.

Democrats keep grasp on control of Senate

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 6, 2012 - Republicans fell short Tuesday night of their goal of winning control of the Senate after a campaign beset with weak candidate recruitment and self-inflicted gaffes in some of the GOP’s most promising races.

From Massachusetts to Montana, in 10 competitive Senate contests, Republicans in late returns were poised to pick up as many as three Senate seats from Democrats. But Democrats also picked up at least three seats from the GOP, allowing Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada and his troops to maintain their control of the chamber.

Heading into the election, Democrats held a 53-47 majority. Republicans were seeking to regain control of the chamber for the first time since 2006.

Across the map, races that had once looked promising for the GOP turned instead to victories for the Democrats. One of the biggest victories for the Democrats came in Virginia, where former Governor Tim Kaine was declared the winner over Republican George Allen shortly before 11:00 p.m.

In Maine, Democrats likely picked up a seat when former Governor Angus King, an Independent, won the race to replace retiring Republican Senator Olympia J. Snowe. King is expected to caucus with the Democrats.

In Florida, incumbent Democrat Senator Bill Nelson easily defeated Republican challenger Rep. Connie Mack, a race the GOP once thought winnable.

In Ohio, Democrat incumbent Senator Sherrod Brown easily fended off a challenge from Republican Josh Mandel, the state treasurer. In Connecticut, Democrat Rep. Christopher S. Murphy defeated GOP nominee Linda McMahon convincingly.

In Massachusetts, Democrat and consumer advocate Elizabeth Warren defeated incumbent Republican Senator Scott P. Brown.

At the start of the two-year election cycle, Republican leaders expressed confidence about their chances of winning back the Senate. Democrats were facing an uphill battle to protect their majority, forced to defend 23 seats to only 10 for the GOP. Democrats also had lost four seats in the 2010 midterm election.

New Lucasfilm president already working on Star Wars Episode VII

LOS ANGELES, Kalifornia (PNN) - October 31, 2012 - Now that Disney is buying Lucasfilm for $4 billion in cash and stock, its founder and CEO George Lucas is heading for semi-retirement.

That means the next Star Wars movie, Episode VII, will be the responsibility of Kathleen Kennedy, who will take over as president of Lucasfilm. Kennedy will report directly to Disney and George Lucas will only serve as a creative advisor for the new movies.

In a video interview on StarWars.com, Kennedy said she has already started sitting down with writers to go over plots for the next three films. Lucas has surrendered the treatments for Episodes VII through IX to Kennedy. But it seems like Kennedy and her creative team will get to make the final decisions.

That may be a good thing. Diehard Star Wars fans largely blamed George Lucas for the uninspiring prequel films that were released in the late 1990s and early 2000s. With Lucas out of the picture, Kennedy can now hire fresh talent to make sure the new trilogy lives up to the standards set three decades ago.

Kennedy has the chops to do it too. She co-founded Amblin Entertainment along with Steven Spielberg in 1981 and went on to produce blockbusters like E.T., Jurassic Park and Schindler’s List.

Major protest against terrorist pig thug cop brutality hits Houston streets

HOUSTON, Texas (PNN) - October 29, 2012 - About 75 people wearing black and whistles while towing signs and bullhorns chanted in unison, “No justice; no peace; no killer police!” marched at 5:00 p.m. Oct. 22 from Market Square Park to the Houston pig thug cop department for the 17th National Day of Protest against police brutality, repression and criminalization.

The protest was hosted by a coalition of organizations and individuals. Ray Hill, the former radio host of The Prison Show, has been attending the protest since it began in 1995.

“Cops lie, cheat and steal,” said Hill. “They kill in cold blood and get away with it.”
Hill began protesting pig thug cop brutality when his friend, Fred Paez, was murdered by terrorist thug cops.

Others have a similar past that led them to Market Square Park. Media production senior Saharah Pecot said she lost someone close to her because of pig thug cop brutality.

On June 25, Pecot’s fiancé was driving his cousin to the hospital when terrorist pig thug cops opened fire on him without warning. The murderous bastard pig thug cops were not held at fault, and now Pecot and her fiancé’s family are seeking means to get justice such as asking the FBI to investigate the case.

“I think it is a great effort to fight against (terrorist pig thug cop) brutality,” Pecot said, “Every 30 hours a black man is killed by (pig thug cops). (Terrorist outlaw pig thug cops) are getting away with murder.”

Harassment by pig thug cops - not just murder - is an ongoing issue, said Frank Vedadi.

“I have been harassed by the (pig thug cops). They had drug dogs sniff my car. They have called me names,” said Vedadi.

As he chanted, “HPD, HPD, how many kids have you killed today? HPD, HPD, how many disabled persons have you killed today?” he held a sign reading, “Amerikans are eight times more likely to be killed by a cop than a terrorist.”

“I see the problems with (terrorist pig thug cop) brutality,” Vedadi said. “I plan to do this every year. I want to get a feel for civil disobedience and peaceful protesting.”

Vedadi wants to join the Peaceful Streets Project, an Austin-based pig thug cop-protesting organization that has operated in Houston for the last month. Some of its members attended the protest.

Natalie Plummer was arrested on the corner of West Dallas Street and Nash Street in June for holding a sign reading “Speed Trap”. She said she was standing there for two minutes before a terrorist pig thug cop came, grabbed her by her backpack, and repeatedly told her to stop resisting arrest without reading her rights to her.

Plummer said she never took action against pig thug cop brutality before she was arrested.

“It’s good to see so many people coming together for a cause,” said Plummer. “It doesn’t happen (often) enough.”

Plummer said she would attend the protest next year.

The coalition protests every Oct. 22 because in 1995, HPD Lieutenant Alan Mabry was “mysteriously murdered”. His death is believed by some, like Hill, to be the work of terrorist murderous pig thug cops.
